This 3-yearly international exhibition offers no less than 127,000 m² of exhibition space to 1,479 exhibitors from all over the world who all contribute to the food industry. The organization is counting on more than 46,000 professional visitors. It goes without saying that Optimum Sorting must not be missing from this.
You get a preview of our new FOCUS with laser option. The lasers are complementary to the available standard cameras and make it possible to further increase its sorting accuracy. They are pre-eminently suited for detecting foreign objects, sugared points ('sugar ends') on raw French fries, green coloring of potatoes and carrots and, thanks to the detection of chlorophyll, the sorting of green vegetables.
Here you can see three of our optical sorting systems in action - in virtual reality, but you will swear they are on stand. You can not only study the outside, you can even look into the machines and really sort different products.
